Afri Pharma Nexus provides regulatory affairs, quality assurance, business development, and related pharmaceutical consulting services including:

• Regulatory compliance and licensing support
• Quality management system development and implementation
• Market access and business strategy consulting
• Training and capacity building programs
• Research services and clinical trial management

Clients engaging our services agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and timely information necessary for service delivery
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulatory requirements
• Pay fees according to agreed terms and schedules
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary methodologies and materials
• Cooperate with our team to facilitate efficient service delivery
• Notify us promptly of any changes affecting the scope of services

We are committed to delivering services that meet the highest professional standards:

• All services are provided by qualified professionals with appropriate expertise
• We adhere to applicable regulatory and ethical guidelines
• Services are delivered with reasonable skill and care
• We maintain professional liability insurance
• We follow established quality management procedures

While we strive for excellence, regulatory outcomes depend on multiple factors including client compliance, regulatory authority decisions, and market conditions beyond our control.

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information:

• All client information is treated as confidential and proprietary
• Information is only disclosed with client consent or as required by law
• Confidentiality agreements are executed before service commencement
• Our team members are bound by confidentiality obligations
• Secure systems are used for storing and transmitting sensitive information

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific services in question
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages
• Clients remain responsible for final decisions regarding their products and operations
• We do not guarantee specific regulatory outcomes or approvals
• Claims must be brought within one year of service completion

Either party may terminate services under the following conditions:

• Written notice as specified in the service agreement
• Immediate termination for material breach of terms
• Payment for services rendered up to termination date
• Return of client materials and confidential information
• Survival of confidentiality and liability provisions

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes will be resolved through:

• Good faith negotiation between the parties
• Mediation by a mutually agreed mediator
• Arbitration under applicable arbitration rules
• Courts of competent jurisdiction in South Africa as a last resort
